These terms apply when you use the OkayBot website, dashboard or Discord bot.

You may use OkayBot only in ways permitted by applicable law, Discord rules and these terms. You must also meet Discord's own account and age requirements.
Account and permissions
You are responsible for actions performed through your Discord account. Dashboard actions are limited to servers for which Discord reports the required management permission. Do not attempt to bypass access controls.
Server administration
Server owners and administrators decide which OkayBot modules are enabled and are responsible for configuring them appropriately for their community.
Backups and restore
OkayBot can create configuration and server structure backups. Restore functions are provided as an operational aid. You should keep independent copies of important data because a restore may be limited by Discord permissions, API restrictions or changes made outside OkayBot.
Acceptable use
Do not use OkayBot to abuse Discord, evade platform restrictions, access servers without authorization, distribute malware, harass people, or automate conduct that violates Discord rules or applicable law.
Availability
OkayBot can be changed, updated, interrupted or temporarily unavailable. Features that depend on Discord or other external services can also be affected by those services.
User content
You remain responsible for text, embeds, workflows, feed content and other material you configure or submit through OkayBot. You must have the right to use that content.
Suspension
Access can be limited or suspended when necessary to protect the service, other users, Discord, infrastructure or legal compliance.
Liability
OkayBot is provided with reasonable care, but no guarantee is made that every feature will always be available or that every server state can be restored exactly. Mandatory legal liability remains unaffected.
Changes to these terms
These terms can be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
