Discord login

When you sign in with Discord, OkayBot receives the Discord account identifier, username, avatar and the servers that Discord reports you can manage. This information is used to create your session and show the servers you are allowed to configure.

Server configuration

OkayBot stores settings you create for a Discord server. This can include module settings, role identifiers, channel identifiers, panel content, workflows, schedules, backups and audit history.

Bot events and analytics

If analytics or moderation features are enabled, OkayBot can store aggregated event counts and records needed to provide those features. The exact data depends on which modules a server administrator enables.

Cookies and sessions

OkayBot uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and a language cookie to remember your selected language. These cookies are used for the requested website functionality.

Server backups

Server backups can contain role configuration, channel structure, permission overwrites and OkayBot settings. Backup content is stored so an authorized server manager can restore a previous state.

Storage and deletion

Data is kept for as long as it is needed to provide the enabled features, meet operational requirements or preserve an explicitly created backup. Server owners should be able to delete OkayBot configuration and backups when they no longer need the service.

Third party services

OkayBot communicates with Discord to provide login and bot functionality. Discord processes data under its own privacy terms. Hosting and infrastructure providers can process technical connection data as required to operate the service.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to or restrict certain processing. Requests can be sent through the support server at discord.gg/logs.

Security

OkayBot uses access controls, private database networking and authenticated dashboard actions to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

This privacy policy can be updated when the service, legal requirements or data processing change. The current version is published on this page.
